Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free service and it couldn’t be easier. Simply add your desired items to Cart and select Click & Collect, choose which store is convenient for you. Then complete your order!

Ready to Pick up email will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect. 

This will provide you with the information on how to collect your order via our Click & Collect service.

Have your order number ready when you collect order. 

 

For orders containing Gold Jewellery items, a valid ID and the credit card used to pay for the order must also be presented. Names on credit card and proof of ID must match. 

Orders may be collected from these collection points - please wait to receive your 'Order Is Ready For Pick Up' email from us, which will advise the date your order is ready to collect, and provides information on our Click & Collect service.
