Update - Returns during covid level 3

Items can returned contactlessly via courier to us or dropped off at the door in person during our trading hours. Please ensure products are in original condition and your order details are with the goods. We will refund once goods are received.

How do I return my online order?

Pack the items you are returning in the original packaging and courier items to:

Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed on to your original payment method.

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described or faulty.

Returns policy for purchases made from physical stores

For items purchased from our physical stores, we will exchange or issue a store credit if items are returned within 21 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items bought from physical stores

 

Can I return my online order in store?

Online orders can be returned to any of our physical stores within 21 days of receiving delivery. Products must be in originals condition with all packaging and a proof of purchase. We will happily provide an exchange or issue a store credit.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued in physical stores. They will be processed between 2-3 working days of us receiving your order.
