Our beautiful garments and accessories have been specially hand crafted by artisans. They are very delicate and should be looked after with the special treatment and love they deserve. With wear some beading and embellishments can come off. This is a natural characteristic and not deemed to be a fault. 

Please avoid rubbing against rough surfaces and be cautious wearing elaborate jewellery to avoid fabric pulling.

Dry clean only unless care instructions specify otherwise.

New Zealand Delivery

NZ$7.50 for orders less than $50. Free shipping on orders over $50.

All domestic orders are sent via NZ Post and are usually dispatched within 1-3 days from the date you place your order.

We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

If you would like your order to be left at your designated delivery address without a recipient's signature you must state this in the delivery instructions when you complete the checkout. Please be aware that deliveries left at an address without a signature are done so solely at the recipients own risk. In this instance, Roop Darshan accept no responsibility for any damage or theft of the parcel and its contents. 

Please allow an extra 2 days for alterations where applicable. Orders are subject to stock availability.

 

International Delivery

AUSTRALIA

We ship to Australia at NZ$25 for orders less than $250. Free shipping on order over $250. Please allow up to 2 - 6 working days for delivery.

USA & CANADA

Shipping to USA & Canada is NZ$50 for orders less than $350. Free shipping on order over $350. Please allow up to 3 - 10 working days for delivery.

 There are a few countries that we sadly are unable to deliver to. If you are unsure about shipping to your destination, please contact us.

Delivery time is measured from the the date your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking information. 

Roop Darshan use an express delivery service for all national and international orders so that we can ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. To ensure your package gets to you we require physical address, preferably the address you will be at during the weekdays. We will send you tracking information when your order is dispatched so you will know where it is at all times. Please allow an extra 2 days for alterations where applicable. Online Returns Policy

You can return item’s purchased online (unless stated non-returnable on product page) to the Roop Darshan Online Store within 21days of receiving your order. Further, please note we cannot return or exchange beauty products once opened.

Can I return my online order in store?

Online orders can be returned to any of our physical stores within 21 days of receiving delivery. Products must be in originals condition with all packaging and a proof of purchase. We will happily provide an exchange or issue a store credit.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be issued in physical stores. They will be processed between 2-3 working days of us receiving your order.

How do I return my online order?

Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed on to your original payment method.

Will my refund include courier charges?

Unfortunately we cannot refund courier charges unless the product is not as described or faulty.

Returns policy for purchases made from physical stores

For items purchased from our physical stores, we will exchange or issue a store credit if items are returned within 21 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items bought from physical stores.
